Our Story
We build around a number, not a slogan.
Most tie-down brands print one figure on the package: break strength. It sounds impressive and tells you almost nothing — break strength is where a strap snaps. The number that matters when you're doing 70 mph with a loaded trailer is the working load limit: what the strap is actually rated to hold.
So we publish both. On every product, on every listing.
What that changes in the product
- Reinforced webbing — higher thread-count polyester, double-stitched at every load point, instead of filler webbing that stretches out after one season.
- Zinc-coated hardware — plating, not paint, so ratchets and hooks survive road salt and winter.
- Honest ratings — break strength and working load limit both printed, with a typical 3:1 safety factor stated plainly instead of buried.
How we work
We design the range and have it built by manufacturing partners we work with directly — no layers of middlemen inflating the price on the way to you. Stock sits in our US warehouse, orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, and the support inbox is answered by people who can actually read a spec sheet.
What we stand behind
- 2-year warranty — webbing and hardware defects covered, no arguments.
- 30-day returns — mounted and unboxed is fine, and there's no restocking fee.
- Ratings you can check — every listing shows both numbers, so you can size us up against anyone.
