TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering from LYNX HOLD you agree to the terms below. We've kept the legal stuff plain so you actually read it.

  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
    These terms govern your use of lynxhold.com and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Ningbo Yongli Import and Export Co., Ltd., located at Room 02, 3rd Floor, Building 18, No.5000 Shiqi Subdistrict, Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China, registered in Zhejiang Province, China.

  2. PRODUCTS & SAFE USE
    Our tie-down and cargo control products are rated with two numbers: Working Load Limit (WLL) and break strength. NEVER exceed the WLL. Cargo securing products must be installed and used according to the instructions included with each product. LYNX HOLD is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use, overloading, or failure to follow instructions.

  3. PRICING & ORDERS
    All prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud.

  4. PAYMENT
    We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed.

  5. SHIPPING
    Orders ship from our US warehouse. Delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping Policy page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for customer-arranged returns, and upon delivery to you for outbound orders.

  6. RETURNS & WARRANTY
    Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, described on our Warranty Claim page.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of LYNX HOLD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYNX HOLD's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

  9. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  10. CHANGES
    We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
