2-Year Warranty. We Test Everything Ourselves.
Every LYNX HOLD product carries a 2-year warranty against webbing tear or hardware failure from normal use. We design the range and have it built by manufacturing partners we work with directly. If it fails the way it shouldn't, we make it right.
What's Covered
- Webbing tear, stitching failure or retraction mechanism failure under normal use
- Hardware (buckles, hooks, mounts) failing from rust or fatigue within 2 years
What's Not Covered
- Cuts from sharp edges without edge protectors
- Overloading past the working load limit (WLL) printed on the product
- Modification, improper installation or normal cosmetic wear
How To File A Claim
- Go to our Contact page and pick "Warranty" as the topic.
- Attach a photo of the failed part and your order number.
- Confirmed defects ship a replacement — no return needed, no cost to you.
